We’ve found that it’s easier to handle large projects by breaking them down into smaller chunks, where we can arrange touchpoints with the client to ensure that we’re on track. Working like this allows us a little more agility in the design process, optimizing our time and saving the client money as we can course-correct on our feet. Buying a Ready-Made Design

start the process by reserving a website design from our shop

A cloud of bats hurries to send your request to us, and we reach out to you to welcome you to our growing, creepy family. Your design is reserved for you alone, and held for 72 hours from the time you make your request: in that window, we send those bats back with a purchase link and details for booking. Once you buy your website design, it’s no longer available to anyone else, and the purchase price is non-refundable.

We build a quick write up of the work we're about to do for you and outline any adjustments to the ready-made design. We also send you the requirements for the things we need to complete your website: your hi-resolution book cover images, author photo, and resources like your chapter sample or press kit, and website copy. We agree on delivery dates, and set up the work schedule so you know when your site will be ready for launch.

We gather everything you’ve sent us to complete your website, and integrate any adjustments you’ve requested. We present these rough ideas to you, and gather feedback on what works so we can start refining the mockups. We ask you questions about how you see the project and how you'll measure a successful design. From there, we schedule a follow-up interview to fill in the details so we can give you as accurate an estimate as possible.
